The local business rating system is designed to assist both our members and local businesses. For members, or people new to the local area, the ratings provide the information to assist in selecting a local business based on the reviews of other members. For local businesses, it provides them a tool to evaluate how their products and services are perceived by their customers. The system is based on five distinct value criteria to provide as accurate rating as possible.
